Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park offers a great location for exploring Silom, Surawong & Sathorn. Despite ongoing renovations causing some noise issues, the staff's prompt response and service on the Executive floor were phenomenal. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, adhering to the high 5-star hotel service standards, offering a welcome retreat after a long flight. The gym, though small, was surprisingly well-equipped with modern machines.The hotel's food was tasty, offering a variety of dishes in manageable portions. The attentive staff and multiple food options during happy hour added to the overall dining experience. The hotel's location, cleanliness, and facilities were top-notch, and it was clear that the staff played a significant role in ensuring a successful stay. The exclusive lounge on Level 23, overlooking Bangkok's skyline, was a perfect spot to unwind with premium whiskey and Japanese-inspired snacks.In conclusion, Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park is a decent hotel with excellent service standards, making it a preferred choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Bangkok.
