The breakfast crew deserves special praise for their excellent service throughout my week-long stay. It was a nice touch for the room service staff to check in every evening to see if we needed anything. Keep up the great work, Crowne Plaza Bangkok! The staff at the hotel were exceptional, especially the breakfast team who always greeted us with a smile and took great care of the kids, even remembering their preferences. The location was convenient, the smart TV allowed us to enjoy Netflix, and the bathroom setup was perfect for our family of three.
